As the head of a research team based in Serang focusing on national studies, we conduct research to synergize Universitas Terbuka (UT) with Business, Industry, and Workforce (BIW) to create innovative and inclusive distance education solutions. This research aims to identify challenges in accessibility and inclusivity, develop effective collaboration models, and formulate policy recommendations to support the development of sustainable and inclusive higher distance education that meets current and future needs.
